Changing your mind

You can cancel an online purchase without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after you receive the goods. For goods from one order delivered separately, this period starts after the last item arrives. Email info.m2xecom@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

You pay the direct postage cost of a change-of-mind return. Please pack items securely and keep proof of posting. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; we may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

For a full-order cancellation, we refund the goods and the standard delivery charge paid. Any extra cost of a premium delivery option is excluded. Refunds go to the original payment method without a refund fee, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until that point.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Your statutory rights apply, including rights to reject faulty goods and, where appropriate, repair, replacement or refund. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. These rights are not limited by the change-of-mind period above.
